Supercolor ID-TAG is ideal for preparing powder formulas in a fully enclosed and safe environment. It hosts multiple modular 150 or 300 liter silos and uses a combined screw/vibration dosing system for fast and accurate delivery.
Buckets are loaded and handled automatically, with ID-TAG identification and printed labels at the end of each cycle. The closed box protects the system from humidity, dust and thermal fluctuations – typical challenges in paint production. Integrated extraction ensures a clean and safe working area.
